Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Products will be shipped out anywhere from 1-4 business days. If items are defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In any other causes, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item through a carrier of their choice. 

We do not under any circumstances accept returns 30 days from the ship date. 

To cancel an order, please contact us through email at INFO@DivineBodyCareProducts.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and verified that no item(s) are missing, or used. 

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their own personal records. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, you have two weeks (14 days) to email us at INFO@DivineBodyCareProducts.com Please include first name, last name, order number, and a brief statement on how you received your product. You may attach an image, if possible. We will get back to you quickly and issue a pre-paid return label.

We will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and verified that no item(s) are missing, or used as well as the option to receive a refund, a new item, or an exchange. Only one of these options may be chosen.

If you decide you want to receive a refund, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, and the credit will appear within 3-5 business days. 

If you decide you want a new item, we will send you a new item within 1-4 business days. 

If you decide to exchange, the product you have chosen must be equal in value to the item that was damaged. Otherwise, you will be required to pay the difference.
